Switching things up a bit with Jon Lucien's funky vocal jazz classic "Would You Believe in Me". This soulful gem was included on Lucien's 1973 album Rashida. This track, as well as much of the album, blends together spacey groove oriented soul with jazz, Brazilian rhythms and traditional Caribbean music, resulting in the singer/ musician's most notable recording.
